Plastics industry

 

Fischer-tropsch wax can be used in plastic processing, such as injection molding, extrusion and granulation industries. Fischer-tropsch wax contributes to dispersion and excellent smoothness of fillers when mixing in the production of masterbatch and modified plastics. Can be used as a PVC external lubricant, low viscosity can improve the production speed of products, in the mixing of the dispersion of makeup filler especially in the extrusion of high viscosity system has a better appointment, than ordinary PE wax added 40--50% less, and can significantly improve the surface luster of products. When concentrated colors are used, the melted Fischer-Tropsch wax effectively wets the dye and reduces the extrusion viscosity.

3 Ink and paint

When granular powder is used in ink, it can improve the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of applied materials. When applied to the coating, can play a wrinkle effect, in the powder state can form stripes and water wrinkles. In addition to powder coating resin, in the extrusion process plays a lubricating role, can reduce screw torque, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.

4 Adhesive

It is the ideal synthetic wax used in EVA - based hot melt adhesive. Wax with high melting point can improve the heat resistance and fast drying property of the adhesive.
